Request permanent deletion of your AffirmQuest account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Deleting your account permanently removes your AffirmQuest account and associated gameplay data. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Account Deletion

What Gets Deleted

  • ✗Your account and profile information
  • ✗All affirmations (favorites and history)
  • ✗Character progress and battle history
  • ✗Companion collection, summon history, pity counters, Treats, Friendship, and Growth Arena progress
  • ✗Custom profile data and preferences
  • ✗Mood tracking data and wellness records
  • ✗All personal information and settings

What We Retain

We may retain limited records where required for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records are separated or de-identified where reasonably possible. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Timeline

Your account and associated gameplay data will be deleted within 30 days of your request, subject to the limited retention exceptions described above. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Important: Active Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel an Android subscription through Google Play. Manage a web subscription through AffirmQuest's subscription-management flow or contact support@affirmquest.io.
